Luis
My name is Luis, and I come from Peru. I arrived here in May. After completing the training and documentation process, I have now been working for over a month.
For me, this is a new experience full of learning opportunities, discovering new routes and getting to know different countries. I’m taking it step by step, always carrying out my responsibilities with dedication and keeping my focus on moving forward.
I would like to thank the company I currently work for for giving me the opportunity to grow and build a future for myself in Europe.
Alfredo
My name is Alfredo, and I am from Huánuco, Peru.
I am an international truck driver. I arrived in Lithuania in April 2026 and have been on the road since July 2026. I drive a brand-new MAN semi-truck.
From Monday to Friday, I start my route at 5:00 a.m. so I can finish early and get enough rest. I cross borders, deal with time-zone changes, and adapt to each country I travel through: England, France, Switzerland, Italy, and many more.
Every stretch of the journey has its own scenery and its own people. There are incredible sunrises and landscapes that change with every kilometer.
One of the things I appreciate most is how kind people are. When you find yourself on narrow streets, there is always someone willing to come over, signal to you, and show you which way to go. They let you know when you need to reverse and help guide you safely through.
These are people who don’t know who you are and have never met you before, yet they take the time to guide you until they know you are safely on your way.
Robert
My name is Robert, and I am from Peru. I have been working in Lithuania since April 2026.
My job involves driving across the European Union as well as in England. It has been a wonderful experience, giving me the opportunity to discover different European countries and learn about their languages, cuisine, and cultures.
I am very satisfied with this experience, and I am grateful to the company for giving me this job opportunity.
